public class ChaosBit
1 bit (boolean) that is truly random.
THIS CLASS IS NOT FINISHED.
This class must be started in its own Thread before it generates random bits. Its a Runnable.
It depends on if the number of java-ops done in a thread is even or odd.
Only 1 random bit is produced per time-slice of cpu time the thread gets.
Using 1 ChaosBit, I estimate 30 bits per second of truly random data.
Using more than 1 ChaosBit may result in their values being dependent on each other
if the JVM executes threads with java instruction level accuracy.
For example, each thread may execute exactly 100 million times per second.
For ChaosBit to work perfectly, the quantity of java instructions must vary a little.
