public class BayesNodePredictError
A heuristic that guesses the prediction-error of a "bayes-node" as defined in BayesNode.java,
whose child nodes (in its param0) are also bayes-nodes.
Returns the average prediction-error.
Bayes-nodes return chances 0.0 to 1. The biggest possible prediction error is 1, and smallest is 0.
Smaller error is better.
The bayes-node and its child nodes each have a HISTORY, all the same length.
I replace those childs with values from their histories,
and compare that parent's output against its history.
WARNING: Example: If all of some node's history values are in the
small range .6 to .7, then it could simply predict .65 every time
and be very accurate. If an other node's history ranges .1 to .9,
and it always predicts with only .2 error, its more useful than
the first node, but appears not to be because what its supposed to predict is harder.
SOLUTION 1: Only compare the BayesNodeAccuracy of nodes
that have the same history values (proposed replacements).
SOLUTION 2: Compare different nodes, but scale
their BayesNodeAccuracy to the difficulty of the problem.
Exec() puts the childs back, and returns the average prediction-error.
Exec() returns 1000 if error (and replaces param0 with an Err),
else returns the average prediction error range 0 to 1.
